Willow & Olive mugs are made with the highest quality ceramic mugs and are professionally printed with a special sublimation process which allows the images to become permanent within the ceramic. The images won't crack, chip, peel, wash or rub off - no vinyl used here!

HOW TO ORDER

Choose your mug size from drop-down menu and add to cart - checkout as usual. It's that simple! NOTE: If you wish to personalize with a name for the back side of mug - please leave name and personalization info in the notes box at checkout. Mug will be designed similar to listing photo with name shown on back. We reserve the right to design the artwork with what we think looks best.

Mug images shown are digital mockups. Final printed mug may vary slightly with placement due to the handcrafted nature of each mug. Customer is responsible for providing an accurate ship-to address at time of checkout.  Because our mugs go into production immediately after your order is placed, and most are custom, bespoke designs, we cannot issue refunds due to the custom, made-to-order nature of the product. In the rare occurrence there is damage during shipping, please provide photos of damaged mug and packaging with 48 hours of delivery to insure a reprint of your order. As always, customer service and quality products are our priority, so please reach out with any concerns or questions.
