Vintage 80s peplum top by SK & Company. Beautiful blue with black polka dots. Buttons in the front with a single black button exposed at the top other buttons are hidden. There are 2 snaps that hold the peplum in place. Short sleeves with pleated details and black buttons. Sleeves are slightly puffy.

Tagged size 12 petite but please check measurements as vintage sizing is different.

Preowned excellent vintage condition. No flaws.
