✔️1) Strenuous physical activity, smoking or the consumption of stimulants/sedatives (e.g. coffee or alcohol) are not allowed 30 minutes before blood pressure measurement.

✔️2) Please rest in a comfortable and stable environment for at least five minutes before measurement.

✔️3) Normally measured while sitting.

✔️4) One hand should be fixed during measurement. When measuring blood pressure for the first time, both hands should be fixed.

✔️5) Blood pressure should be measured at least twice with an interval of at least five minutes. Depending on your health condition, a longer period may be required.

✔️6) Patients with arteriosclerosis and arteriosclerosis should be examined by healthcare professionals for professional diagnosis. Please remove the sleeves and jewellery before measurement. Wear the blood pressure monitor correctly on your wrist so that the indicator is on the right side.
