1995年にSharp Recordingsからリリースされ、のちにManifestoレーベルからチャートヒットを記録したSara Parkerのアンセム「My Love Is Deep」。伝説的クラブ「Trade」でTony De Vitがヘビープレイしたことでも知られるこのクラシックを、UKのトップDJ/プロデューサーであるEats Everythingが現代のフロア向けにアップデートした。

自身のアルバム発表など第一線で活躍を続けるEats Everythingは、原曲の「Sharp Dub」を歴代ベスト・ハードバッグ・トラックの10本指に挙げるほどこの楽曲に強い愛着を持っている。そのリスペクトとダンスミュージック・カルチャーへの敬意を注ぎ込んだリワーク（Reebeef）は、アッパーな熱量とクラシックな高揚感を兼ね備えた仕上がりだ。
