A mechanical head raised on a slender stand, presented as an object of observation rather than a portrait. The blue polychromy, rich in ornamental motifs and dotted rhythms, introduces a delicate counterpoint to the technical structure of the face. Suspended in space, the piece conveys an alert and silent presence, as if its gaze remained awake even at rest.

Sculpture carved in plaster, based on a cast from a fine grog refractory clay model, and reproduced in resin. Painted with shellac, chalk paint, acrylics, and varnish.
