A bird’s head, built from broad planes and rough textures that evoke the erosion of material. The sharp, metallic beak contrasts with the more organic surface of the skull, where reddish and ochre tones suggest wear and transformation. The intense, focused eye introduces a point of tension that brings the piece to life.

Sculpture modeled in fine grog refractory clay and casted in resin with new details in epoxi putty and fabric. Painted with shellac, chalk paint, acrylics, ferric paint, and varnish.
