SARD DAMPER (SARD × AISIN)

SARD DAMPER is installed in the front and rear of the cabin where body twist occurs significantly, suppressing unpleasant vibrations and roll overshoot. It achieves both improved steering response and a high-quality ride.
The components incorporate a damper with a damping mechanism, which not only improves steering operability but also suppresses minute vibrations that can be felt by the driver. Aisin's unique friction damper, which combines a disc spring and friction plate, is effective even at low extension/retraction stroke speeds, improving steering response and stabilizing roll angles compared to oil-type dampers.
