The Difference:

A- CCV switching is DEFUELING a single tune's HP level from 5-1
CSP switching is ACTUALLY switching between tune maps (tow, eco, street, ect ect) on the ECM. CSP switch plugs into the OBD port and the CCV switch plugs into the CCV sensor. The reason we offer both is because CSP switching wasnt available for the 2019's only until a little bit ago.
