This slim fitting, wedge style Crescent Zafu Cushion filled with Buckwheat is a firm, pleated crescent / moon shaped cushion associated with meditation. The cushion with a characteristic "croissant" shape facilitates meditation in a sitting position with crossed legs (sit cross or half lotus). Ideal use for Virasana (Hero pose) by lifting the hips when sat on the cushion to help keep the spine correctly aligned. This meditation cushion can also be used to make various seated postures more comfortable as it adapts to the shape of your body and provides adequate support to maintain the correct position while meditating or sitting . It also has a slight, graduated slope to the cushion.

The Crescent Zafu Cushion is filled with 100% buckwheat hulls with zip access to allow for topping up. It has a convenient handle to carry the cushion and the top and bottom are further reinforced with double fabric.
