For use when iron deficiency anaemia has been diagnosed by a doctor and a therapeutic iron supplement is recommended for treatment or ongoing prevention.

Warning & Precautions

Do not use: If you are under 55 years of age, have liver problems, in combination with other medications or natural health products for sleep, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are allergic to melatonin of any other component of this medicine. If you get an allergic reaction, stop taking and seek medical advice immediately.

Unless advised by a doctor, do not use this product: if you have an autoimmune disease or are taking other medications, if you have kidney problems, for longer than 3 weeks.

While using this medicine: do not drink alcohol while using melatonin as it can affect the way the medicine works, keep to the recommended dose, this product may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. If an overdose is taken of suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (Ph 13 11 26) or go to hospital straight away even if you feel well.

Ingredients

Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg Sodium Ascorbate 562.4 mg.

Instructions

Adult dose: One tablet daily or as directed by physician.
