What's in the Kit & Why It Matters

This kit includes 8 liters (8.5 quarts) of Liqui Moly Marine Engine Oil 25W-50 and 1 liter (1.06 quarts) of Liqui Moly Marine High Performance Gear Oil 85W-90. Both oils meet API SM/NMMA FC-W® certification and are fully approved for Mercury Verado engines. We include an extra quart of engine oil for top-offs — it's not uncommon for engines run hard above 6,000 RPM to consume up to 1 liter over a 100-hour period. We recommend checking your dipstick mid-interval if you run it hard.

Should You Add the Belt?

If you own a 400R or push your engine hard on a regular basis, our technicians strongly recommend servicing the serpentine belt at every 100-hour interval. A failed belt means no boost — and no one wants to be stranded on the water. It also makes a great spare to keep onboard. Select the "100 Hour Kit With Belt" option above to include it.
