Chain of Custody - Our relationships with local fishermen allows us to preserve complete chain of custody for most fish. We unload the fishing boats ourselves using our drivers and trucks. The fish arrives at our Boston Fish Pier headquarters and is meticulously cut and processed for onsite. No middle men here.

Produced on the Boston Fish Pier - We are proud to debut our new production kitchen at our facility on the historic Boston Fish Pier. Never before has sushi been closer to the source of Boston's highest quality local fish.

Traditional Sushi Meets New England Fish - We are using traditional Japanese techniques and recipes but apply our extremely high quality, local fish. Our chefs are inspired by the Atlantic's seasonality with a rotating menu.
