Guna MD-Tissue 2 ml is a sterile injectable solution specifically formulated to support the regeneration and functional recovery of connective tissues, including tendons and ligaments.

It effectively reduces pain, improves mobility, and restores elasticity in affected tissues, making it an ideal adjunct in treatments for joint stiffness, overuse injuries, or age-related tissue degeneration. By combining porcine collagen with essential vitamins and minerals, it helps rebuild tissue structure, supports natural healing, and enhances overall joint and tissue flexibility.

COMPOSITION
Collagen of porcine origin, Ascorbic acid, Magnesium gluconate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Thiamine hydrochloride, NaCl, Water for injection.

INJECTION ROUTES OF ADMINISTRATION
Periarticular or peritendinous, intradermal. 

SUGGESTED NEEDLES
• Periarticular: 26G x 13 mm needle.
• Intradermal: 4-6 mm needle.
Note: Disinfect the skin thoroughly with iodopovidone or chlorhexidine.

INJECTION TECHNIQUES OF ADMINISTRATION
• Periarticular administration: insert the needle perpendicular to the skin plane at the required depth. Make multiple microinjections of 0.3 - 0.5 ml each. 
• Intradermal administration: insert the needle to a depth of 4-6 mm.  Make microinjections of 0.2 - 0.3 ml into the tissue to be treated.

MAIN INDICATIONS
MD-TISSUE is a medical device designed to improve movement and to reduce associated pain, counteracting physiological or pathological deterioration of the soft tissues that constitute the extra-articular support system, such as: tendons, ligaments, joint capsule.

Scientific evidence shows the efficacy and safety of MD-TISSUE:
• in the treatment of tendinopathies (epicondylitis, Achilles’ tendonitis, and supraspinatus tendonitis) 
• in the treatment of connective tissue disorders (plantar fasciitis) 
• in the treatment of scars and wounds. 

Treatment can be combined with other therapies.

THERAPEUTIC PROTOCOL:
1-2 infiltrations per week to contain physiological deterioration of the soft tissues (tendons, ligaments, joint capsule).
Results are evident from the third week but, depending on the patient's clinical situation, it is possible to continue treatment up to the tenth week without risk.
