The slatted frame is included. The frame is made of sturdy, high-quality plywood. The 13 plywood slats made of birch and fit in plastic caps on the rails. The spring wood frame helps give a extra comfort.

Assembling the spring wooden frame is very easy by putting the caps on the side rails and pushing the spring slats into them. Dimensions of slatted frame approx. 

The matching trundle, with an internal dimension of approx. 90 x 190 cm, is made of high-quality MDF painted white. The front of the bed drawer is smooth. The two handle recesses are a nice detail and at the same time make it easier to pull out and push in the bed drawer on it`s rollers.
