The Datalogic S5N-PR-5-C01-PP Photoelectric Sensor is a compact and robust sensing solution designed for precision detection in industrial environments. Utilizing diffuse beam sensing with an infrared LED emitter, it reliably detects white targets up to 400 mm away with a 90° radial optic configuration.

Its PNP NO+NC output supports versatile integration into control systems, while trimmer-based sensitivity adjustment allows for fine-tuning to match application needs. The sensor features a 1 kHz switching frequency and a 500µs response time, ensuring fast, responsive operation.

Engineered for durability, it offers IP67 mechanical protection, reverse polarity, short-circuit, and overvoltage protection. Built from PBT and PMMA, it withstands industrial wear, shock, and vibration in compliance with EN60068-2-6 standards. LED indicators provide clear visual feedback for output and stability.

It connects via a standard M12 plug, runs on 10–30 VDC, and supports a load current up to 100 mA. With an operating range of -25°C to +55°C, this M18-sized tubular sensor is a smart, durable choice for demanding automation tasks.
