If your parcel is returned because of incorrect address (noticed in order receipt) or if you didn’t pick up it at your local post office and it was returned to us, we can send it back, but you will need to pay the shipping costs even if it is free shipping for your order. In this case you can also receive refund (except engraved and custom orders) reduced by shipping costs (even if it is free shipping for your order).
