Question: Can you use an umbrella with and without the extensions?
Answer: Yes, It is double extension table so there is umbrella hole available both when extensions are used or not.
Question:
I would like to order this set and want beige or neutral cushions. I don't see anywhere to choose the color cushions when ordering. How do I do that?
Answer:
We do carry natural cushions in stock, please go under cushions tab to purchase these cushions. Other in stock shades are also available to choose from. If still you do not see your choice of shade, we can custom make any sunbrella fabric cushions. Just write us and we will get back to you.
Question:
Do the chairs push under the table when not in use?
Answer:
There is a beam of wood under the table (both side in direction of length). This beam is about 11 inches from the edge of the table and that's where the chair would stop. So basically you can push your chair 11 inches under the table. Considering the total depth of seat 18", chair is pushed more than half under the table. I know it is important to have smaller foot print, but I prioritize comfort over it. If I lower the arm rest to make it slide under the table, chair is not very relaxing when seated. Lower arm rests does not support shoulders very well. Remember Table has adjustable height feet and if you push this all the way in chairs can be pushed. further than 11 inches. On top of that chairs can be stacked. I hope that helps.

What is the warranty on this set? or any teak furniture from Bayview Patio?
Answer:
All teak pieces sold by Bayviewpatio comes with one year of warranty condition that they had normal maintenance. No warranted against abuse or act of nature. Normal checking on teak is normal. No warranty on non sunbrella cushions for fading.

Do you offer an Oval table with approx same dimensions as the rectangle?
Answer:
Yes we carry three sizes of oval and rectangle double extension tables 84x40, 95x40, and 115x44.  If you do not see the option you are seeking, please write us and we will try to make exclusively for you.

Shipping

This shipment will be prepared on wooden pallet and delivered by one of the freight companies depending on your address. This item is shipped from our California warehouse so the longest time will be to deliver on east coast which is about 10 business days. 
Once dining set is shipped we will send you tracking number, but please do not take day off based on the tracking information. Shipping company will call you to schedule delivery, No shipment is delivered without scheduling it. When shipping company calls on the phone number you provided you can schedule it based on your availability. 
Delivery is curbside delivery. A small tip to driver, and he will bring it to your garage if it not too difficult. Or pallet can be broken down to carry individual pieces.
