Note: Maximum feed speed for optimum results is a function of the wood type and characteristics, cutting width and thickness, tooling application, and other variables to achieve to feeding speeds. For most average applications, the top speed for softwood is higher than for hardwoods.  Wider widths and wood density may require lower speeds for optimal performance.
