Crayons is the seventh studio album by the Queen of Disco, Donna Summer. It was her first full studio album in fourteen years. Summer worked with a variety of producers and songwriters on the album, including Greg Kurstin (who has worked with artists such as Adele, Paul McCartney, P!nk, and Foo Fighters), J.R. Rotem (Bad Bunny, Linkin Park, and Rihanna), Wayne Hector (Nicki Minaj, One Direction, and Westlife, among others), Toby Gad (John Legend, Fergie, and Beyoncé), and Lester Mendez (Shakira and Nelly Furtado).
The album spawned four singles: “I’m a Fire,” “Stamp Your Feet,” “It’s Only Love,” and “Fame (The Game).” The title track features a guest appearance by Ziggy Marley.
Crayons is available on vinyl for the first time as a 15th-anniversary edition, limited to 2,000 individually numbered copies on translucent pink-colored vinyl. This release also includes a 4-page booklet.
