This product is only made when you order it for environmental and human-friendly reasons. Please allow about a week for it to be made, and we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.

Return policy-

Once an order has been sent to production, it is sent to the Print Provider, and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Brought To Reality is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Customers are responsible for entering the correct information for the order they place. Please double-check your order and address before submitting your order.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order.  For example, manufacturing errors and printing issues. If a replacement order is necessary, please mail the damaged product(s) back to Brought To Reality at 4751 Preserve Pkwy N, Greenwood Village, Colorado, 80121.
