A blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier from chalk, sand and clay terroirs in the Vallée du Petit Morin, it opens with nectarine, apricot, freshly baked pastry and almond before revealing a medium-bodied, creamy palate with fine persistent bubbles and a crisp, mineral finish.
