Results

Figure 1: HYPE-5™ transfection kit achieves higher protein yield than popular commercial transfection reagents in CHO (A) and HEK (B) cells in suspension. Secreted Alkaline Phosphatase (SEAP) was produced by transient transfection using HYPE-5 (HEK293 cells) or HYPE-5 + HYPE-Blast (CHO cells), LP or FHD transfection reagents according to the manufacturer's instructions. Day 3, 5 and 7 supernatants were collected and SEAP activity was measured.
