DriFecta Gas/Electric is not only a commercial grade air conditioner, but also allows for independent humidity control. Temperature and humidity can have independent set points. Even if temperature set point is achieved, it will continue to operate the dehumidification feature until the desired humidity level is achieved. DriFecta units are available in 3, 4, & 5 ton standard. Also available up to 25 ton, upon request. DriFecta units are designed for roof mounting on a curb (14 inch curb sold separately 700066) they can also be slab-mounted at ground level. DriFecta units are an all in one unit which eliminates the need for an indoor A/C and a standalone dehumidifier. Every unit is completely charged, wired and only 1 electrical circuit is required. They are piped and tested at the factory to provide for quick and easy field installation. All models are convertible between bottom and horizontal duct connections. DriFecta Gas/Electric units are also available in the following configuration: cooling with single stage gas heat. Field installed low ambient cooling parts 700067 & 700068 are required for running cooling when outdoor temperatures are below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Factory installed Phase monitors protects the DriFecta motor and PCB from expensive electrical damage.Ideal-Air DriFecta is a Commercial Packaged, 13.0 SEER, R-410A Air Conditioner with natural gas heat and a standard dehumidification feature. The 1.5 HP belt drive blower and 1 inch throwaway filters are included. The units are all 208/230V 3ph 60 Hz. 1 year parts warranty, 5 year limited compressor warranty, when installed by certified HVAC contractor.
