How to Attach:

1. Attach the end of a lead to the O-ring end.
2. Attach the snap hook to the D-ring on any collar.
3. Inside the hard plastic is a spring loaded assembly, similar to a small car shock absorber.
4. When a dog tugs or pulls the spring activates to lessen the collar from choking the neck of the dog.
