Please claim your test in the following steps:

Step 1: Place the order with full contact details.

Step 2: You will receive an envelope that contains an Allergy Test form and a small plastic bag.

Step 3: Fill in the form.

Step 4: Put a lock of your hair in the plastic bag. (Hair sample: approximately 3cm long)

Step 5: Use the envelope we provide to send your filled form and the hair sample plastic bag back.

The test result usually takes 10-15 working days after we receive your sample, and the test result will be sent to you directly by email.
