The crisp color fields were intentionally used by mid-century Danish makers to brighten interiors through long, dark winters, lending these compact pieces a joyful sophistication that still feels fresh today. Very rare in rosewood—most surviving examples were produced in teak—one cabinet is factory marked (see photos) and both sit on elegant, tapered legs.
