The Red Paddle Co 11’0 Compact is a lightweight SUP with a speedy outline shape based loosely on the Red Paddle Co 11’0 Sport, but modified in construction to reduce weight and increase foldability for air travel. The handle is set off center and there is a gap down the middle of the deck pad which allow the board to be folded in half to reduce its width for storage and transport. The board has a pair of reinforcing strips running the length of the board to increase rigidity which would otherwise be compromised by the use of thinner materials in the lightweight board designed for air travel.
