The Impulse IT9519 is a pin-loaded machine for mainly working out the latissimus dorsi muscles (Lats) and auxiliarily working out musculus biceps brachii (Bis) and deltoid muscle (Delts).

The exerciser could effectively work out the muscle of the back, shoulder, and arm by pulling the handles at two sides after choosing the appropriate weight.
