Savvy sanga please and thank you :) Tantalise those taste buds with this Cabernet Sauvignon (66.66%) and Sauvignon blanc (33.33%) co-ferment.  Savvy bringing some mouth quivering tension whilst lifting those blue fruits and herbal edge in the cab. Light bodied rouge with silky tannins. A fusion of ripe red and black fruits; cherry, blackcurrant, and hints of raspberry, intertwined with refreshing and vibrant citrus, green apple, and a light touch of herbaceousness. Upper Yarra Sauvignon blanc and Dixons Creek Cabernet. Hand picked on the same day. Destemmed and fermented in open top fermenters. Pumped over daily for a week then sealed up for another 2 weeks for an extended maceration. Raised in old oak for 8 months. - Fin
