The Leuze GS04B/P.1-50-M8.3 Fork Photoelectric Sensor is a compact, high-performance sensor specifically engineered for precise detection of small parts. Operating on optical principles with a 660 nm red LED, this sensor delivers exceptional accuracy, detecting objects as small as 0.3 mm with repeatability of 0.02 mm and a switching hysteresis of just 100 µm.

Its robust design includes a metal diecast zinc housing and a glass lens cover, providing excellent durability in demanding industrial environments. With a 50 mm mouth width and 55 mm depth, it offers a balanced sensing area, ideal for applications like parts counting, presence checks, and edge detection in automation.

The sensor features light/dark switching capability and sensitivity adjustment via a 270° potentiometer, allowing flexible operation in diverse scenarios. It supports a 5,000 Hz switching frequency and 0.1 ms response time, making it suitable for high-speed production lines.
