Max Homa joined the PGA Tour in 2014 after a very successful amateur career. Homa attended the University of California Berkeley where he competed on the golf team for four years. He most notably won the individual NCAA Division 1 Men's Golf Championship by three strokes in 2013. Homa took his talents pro after that big win but didn't have the immediate success like some golfers. Homa had an up-and-down first few years as a pro. However, things turned around in 2019 when he won the Wells Fargo Championship. Homa found his stride and went on to win five more tournaments in four years.
