Background: Muskelin is an intracellular protein that acts as a mediator of cell spreading and cytoskeletal responses to the extracellular matrix component thrombospondin I (MIM 188060) (Adams et al., 1998 [PubMed 9724633]).

Purification and Purity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage and Stability: Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
