The Rheem ECO180DVELP-3 Performance Plus High Efficiency Indoor Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater can provide up to 8.4 GPM at a 35° temperature rise. The 180,000 BTU High Efficiency Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater is designed to supply continuous, on demand hot water for up to 2 to 3 bathrooms at the same time. It heats water only when it's needed and has a 0.82 uniform energy factor. This compact tankless water heater may be eligible for local utility rebate programs. It comes with a remote digital thermostat that can be installed in almost any convenient area of the house. Plus, this is a smart model; built-in Wi-Fi Technology provides valuable alerts and control from anywhere with a smart phone. This heater's direct-vent design requires category III stainless steel venting (purchased separately).
