The MT4500 Series Two Layer Rubber ESD Table Mats are made with our durable 2-ply rubber. It is constructed with two layers: A black conductive bottom layer and a static dissipative colored top layer which creates outstanding static eliminating performance. The static dissipative top layer absorbs the static from items placed upon it in safe, controlled manner and flows through the conductive bottom layer quickly to ground to be neutralized.  Our ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats are tested and certified to ANSI ESDs20.20 standards for ESD Worksurfaces and test reports can be obtained by request. Two-Layer Rubber ESD Mats Protect Your Workstation

Our MT4500 Series ESD Rubber Two-Layer ESD Table Mats protect your worksurface from wear-and-tear of the manufacturing process. The durable rubber matting provides great protection against most general use applications – cutting, scraping, gouging, sliding – nothing is too much for our  two-layer ESD rubber table mats.  For working on electronics, the ESD Rubber Mats offer excellent resistance to hot solders, soldering irons and most solvents.

MT4500 series two-layer rubber ESD table mat is 0.080″ thick and available in 50′ long rolls in 24″, 30″, 36″, and 48″ widths. Pre-cut mat sizes are packaged individually with two (2) female 10 mm snaps and a common point ground cord.
