TASTING NOTES

Aromatics:
An intense profile of dried cherries and caramelized elements jump out of the glass. Further exploration shows off a nuanced hint of fine tobacco leaf lending it a warm earthy feel.

Palate/Finish:
An underlying sweetness of dark cherry, sweet-aged oak, antique Madagascar vanilla, soft notes of charred violet, fig and rich cinnamon notes are balanced by spice and leather. Brown sugar approaching caramel throughout. Integrated tannins from the extended aging process give this Bourbon a lengthy finish.
