You can machine wash your AMPIO™ Yoga Mat at a maximum of 30C on the hand wash cycle, but NEVER spin or put it in the tumble dryer as this will damage the mat. For machine washing, we recommend a washing machine with a capacity of at least 7 kg.

Since PVC is easy to clean and durable, the AMPIO™ Yoga Mat is also perfectly suited for outdoor yoga practice.
