FLAVOUR:
American Pie is a unique and usual hop creating flavours similar to apple pie with apple, clove, berries and tangelo. American Pie lends itself to a wide range of styles where it can be used in a pilsner style or golden ale as well as a German Hefe Weiss (Wheat beer), Belgian ales and Saison. Not only is it useful for beer but it would also work as a dry hop in cider. 

HISTORY:
American Pie was grown from seed from a female Riwaka and pollinated by a Tangerine Dream male.

GROWTH / YIELD:
Strong grower with fat 5cm cones that are easy to pick.
