Once you're into 36mm, 41mm, 46mm territory — large CV axle nuts, differential flanges, steering knuckle hardware — you need 3/4" drive torque behind the socket. Most shops piece this together from a standard socket set plus a separate breaker bar plus adapters. Then they realize the sockets only go to 50mm, and the big 55, 60, and 65mm jobs are still sitting there.
