Will not crack, chip, break, rust or tarnish. Fish Griller measures 18 3/4 inches long by 8 1/2 inches wide. Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. As with any cookware, it is recommended to use cooking oil prior to grilling. Olive oil & cooking sprays are not recommended as they burn easily at high temperatures which can damage or discolor your grillware.
