CHAMP offers a comprehensive modular system, enabling students to hone their skills in venipuncture by accessing the lateral saphenous vein in the lower leg and mastering intramuscular and subcutaneous injections in the upper thigh.
Constructed from urethane rubber and foam, CHAMP boasts a lifelike appearance and feel, featuring authentic weight and skin texture that closely replicates that of a real canine limb. This level of realism is instrumental in enhancing the educational experience, allowing students to develop a deeper understanding and confidence in performing these procedures.
For instructors, CHAMP serves as a valuable teaching tool that enriches the curriculum. It comes fully equipped with a lower leg for Venipuncture/IV training, an upper thigh for injection training, along with IV tubing, and an IV bag prefilled with our proprietary Sim Blood.
