The TheraBand Rehab & Wellness Station combines the Wall Station with the Exercise Station along with a variety of accessories including Exercise Balls, Stability Trainers, Resistance Tubing and Connectors. The TheraBand Rehab & Wellness Station is a total body rehabilitation system designed for upper body and lower body exercises. It also includes posters and DVD with instructions and exercises. 

Multi-Dimensional Training Station
The TheraBand Rehab and Wellness Station is the first compact, total body rehabilitation center for in-clinic strength, balance, range of motion, and core training. This comprehensive rehabilitation system for upper and lower extremity strength training features a multi-dimensional, three planes (vertical, horizontal, and transverse) of movement. Ideal for use in one small space instead of requiring multiple stations and pieces of equipment to complete your training program.

Includes Variety of Helpful Accessories
The station provides nine pairs of THERABAND resistance tubing with clip connectors. Each pair of tubing comes in a different color and resistance level: 12”, 18”, 24”, red, green, and blue. Replacement resistance tubing can be purchased separately. In addition to THERABAND tubing, the wall station features THERABAND Pro Series Exercise Balls (yellow - 45 cm, red - 55 cm, and green - 65 cm ) and two pairs of THERABAND Stability Trainers (blue - soft and green - firm).

Station Easily Mounts to the Wall
The Theraband Rehab & Wellness Station must be professionally installed. The vertical wall station requires a minimum of 7 feet from the floor to the ceiling, more if ceiling or floor molds interfere. Determine whether the wall is supported with wood or steel studs. Do not use previously existing holes for installation. The compact rehabilitation system requires 6 ft. x 6 ft. of floor space.
