• Crampbark is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an antispasmodic for muscle spasms and also for menstrual cramps
• Crampbark is used to relieve cramps, including muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and cramps during pregnancy
• It also acts as a uterine relaxant to help prevent miscarriage
• In addition, it is useful in controlling nervous bowel and colicky pain from the gut (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome)

Dosage:

Adults: Take 4 ml (120 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Alternatively, 15 drops (0.5 ml) can be taken every 15 minutes, for up to 16 hours daily.
