Custom Product Delivery Time:
Carl's Place custom enclosures, impact screens, and Built-In Screens are delivered within 7-14 business days following the standard processing time. Carl's Place Built-In Panel Kits are delivered within 14-21 business days following the standard processing time.

Standard Shipping Process:
Upon your products leaving the warehouse, you will be provided with tracking information via email. If you place an order and have not received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.

Shipping Rates:
Free standard shipping is offered on most Carl's Place products. Carl's Place Pipe Framing Kits for Carl's Simulator Enclosures, Back Cover Pipe Kits, and Built-In Panel Kits are required to ship freight due to their size and weight. Freight shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
