Sadashi Mizunara Blended is a Japanese whisky aged in Mizunara Saashi casks. “Sadashi” is a Japanese word that represents ambition and the desire to achieve something, and this whisky perfectly embodies that spirit. Comprised of 50% malt and 50% grain, this blend is initially aged in sherry and bourbon casks, with a finish in Mizunara oak casks to reveal its spicy nature.

Tasting Notes

Aroma : Woody notes with hints of vanilla and flowers.

Taste : Hints of fresh oak, honey nectar, malt, citrus, coffee beans and spicy sandalwood.

Finish : Short, dry and warm.

Sadashi is an affordable Japanese blended whisky, characterized by its name which means "ambitious" and its distinctive finish in rare Mizunara oak casks after initial aging in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon barrels. This process imparts notes of sandalwood, vanilla, coconut, and spice, creating a smooth, elegant spirit enjoyed neat or in a highball.
