We really love this new style of Kadarka! The previous vintage flew off our shelves so smoothly that it seems that we are not the only ones who liked it here at home and around the world.
Half of the berries were placed in clay amphoras, while the other half were placed in spherical white clay pots, called Clayver. After alcoholic fermentation, we leave the berries on their skins with the fresh wine for a little longer, so that the result would be fresh and aromatic.
