These titanium pocket clips are designed to elevate your fine folder builds without the frustration of shaping and fitting a sculpted clip. Precision machined from 6Al4V titanium, hand deburred and lightly tumbled, they are ready for whatever finish you choose.

The mounting setup for these clips is very straightforward. They require the knifemaker to create a 3/8" flat bottomed hole in the scale using an endmill. The base of the pocket clip can then be placed in the pocket and the screw holes become the drill guide for a pair of #54 drilled holes through the scale and liner. Following drilling with the #54, the holes in the pocket clip and scale get opened up to a #53 and the holes in the liner get tapped for 0-80 screws. The counterbores in the pocket clip fit 0-80 button head screws.
