Introduction

The new 718 GT4 RS has been receiving excellent reviews from magazines and customers alike. Porsche have worked hard to improve sound over that of the 718 GT4 and the introduction of the new carbon airbox inside the cabin certainly wakes up the interior sound however the exhaust sound really leaves a lot to be desired.

From the factory the 718 GT4 RS is installed with an adapted version of the 718 GT4 rear silencer. This silencer features an extremely small pipe diameter which acts as a significant restriction to the 9000rpm GT3 derived engine which now features in this model.

Our rear silencer not only removes this significant restriction within the exhaust system but also drops weight and delivers a true GT3 howl.

Direct Replacement / Modular Fitment

The JCR Titanium Link Pipes are a full direct replacement product for the OEM 718 GT4RS and Spyder RS OPF Pipes (Over axle pipes / link pipes). No fabrication required and no additional parts. Simply remove the factory link pipes and replace with the JCR Titanium Link Pipes.

Due to the design, our Titanium Link Pipes can be adapted to each version on offer simply by replacing the relevant components which are available separately. Non silenced, Silenced and Race Cat sections can be ordered separately meaning no need to purchase the whole component if you need to change the set up on the car according to track noise limitations.

Our Titanium Link Pipes are supplied with all necessary hardware to ensure an easy, hassle-free install.

Heat Management

Each of the JCR Link Pipe options feature the highest quality thermal protection as standard. The heat shielding we have selected is used in the very highest levels of Motorsport to control temperatures whilst protecting and dramatically reducing the effects of radiant heat into the areas surrounding the relevant components. 

We performed 1000's of miles of testing on track with each of our options with and without thermal protection and saw a consistent reduction of the inner rear tyre temperatures of 15-20c when running on track. This reduction in temperate yields a real-world performance advantage over a link pipe without a thermal barrier applied whilst also delivering increased tyre longevity.

Silenced

This version of our 718 GT4 RS / Spyder RS Link Pipes is completely features bespoke Titanium Silencers in the rear section to lower the decibel level from our non silenced version by 5 to 6dB without compromising performance, thanks to the straight through silencer design.

Light Weight

Due to the 100% Titanium construction the JCR Titanium Link Pipes removes an impressive amount of weight from the factory exhaust set up, whilst gaining power and improving overall sound; this truly is a win-win modification.

The Silenced version weights in at 5.80kg (12.79 lbs) Saving a total of -7.06 kg (15.57 lbs) from the factory exhaust system.

Real World Performance Improvements

Every component of the JCR Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve HP & TQ with varying results dependant on the combination of parts installed on the car. Our most extreme free flowing system installed on the 718 GT4RS will see gains up to 35hp along with great improvements in engine response and mid range torque.

Development of these parts has been driven by real world testing performed on the track. We measure before and after 100-200kph acceleration times and the time improvements found with our exhaust systems installed can certainly be felt and appreciated by each of the owners who invest in these parts.
