In the Tasmanian bush after dark, the Tiger Quoll moves almost unseen.

A powerful nocturnal hunter and the closest mainland relative to the Tasmanian Devil, the quoll is muscular, alert, and patterned with pale spots against a deep brown coat. Tiger Quoll Prowl captures that quiet intensity.

The base lays down as a rich, highly saturated brown. Dense and grounded, with minimal shading due to its dye load. In broader applications it deepens toward near espresso tones, giving weight and presence to the page.

At the edges of pooled ink, a subtle green sheen emerges, echoing the damp forest canopy where the quoll hunts. It is restrained but deliberate, appearing most clearly on quality, coated papers.

Suspended throughout is a controlled shimmer that catches light in fine points, reminiscent of the quoll’s pale markings as it moves through shadow. The shimmer enhances the darkness rather than distracting from it.

For 2026, Tiger Quoll Prowl retains its exact colour and shimmer profile, now produced using our refined formulation and larger batch process:
