The Autool LM120 is a digital air conditioning manometer for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of refrigeration systems. The manometer measures pressure in a range of 0 to 6000 kPa and vacuum from -101 to 0 kPa. The temperature range extends from -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for various applications in air conditioning systems.

This manometer is equipped with a built-in database containing pressure and evaporation temperature data for 89 different refrigerants. The device features dual pressure and temperature measurement and functions for vacuum measurement and pressure loss testing. The illuminated LCD screen clearly displays all measurements, and the sight glass allows visual inspection of the refrigerant status.

Application and functionality:

• Pressure and temperature test: Simultaneously measures pressure and temperature on both the high- and low-pressure sides of the system.
• Evaporation pressure and temperature test: Calculates and displays the evaporation temperature (Ev) and pressure, indicating the transition from liquid to gas.
• Condensation pressure and temperature test: Calculates and displays the condensation temperature (Co) and pressure, showing the transition from gas to liquid.
• Pressure loss test: Performs a leak test by measuring the pressure difference (ΔP) over a set period to determine the system's tightness.
• Refrigerant selection: Provides the option to select the correct refrigerant from a database of 89 types for accurate calculations.
• Vacuum measurement: Measures the vacuum level to check for the absence of non-condensable gases and moisture in the system.
