The JDiag M100 Pro offers extensive multi-system diagnostic capabilities for the electronic components of modern motorcycles. Additionally, the device also supports full OBD2/EOBD diagnostics, making it versatile in use.

• Read and clear fault codes: Reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from the engine control unit (ECU) and other supported systems. Includes clear fault descriptions and fault code history.
• Live data stream: Displays real-time data from sensors and parameters such as engine speed, coolant temperature, throttle position, and lambda value. Values can be shown both numerically and in graph form (waveform) for quick interpretation.
• ECU information: Provides access to specific control unit identification data, such as software version, part numbers, and additional technical details.
• Freeze frame data: Captures a snapshot of engine data at the exact moment an emission-related fault code was stored.
• Full OBD2/EOBD functionality: Supports all standard OBD2 modes, making the device also usable for basic diagnostics on cars with gasoline or diesel engines.

Battery Tester Functions:

One of the most distinctive features of the JDiag M100 Pro is the integrated, professional battery tester function. This allows a complete analysis of both the battery condition and the operation of the starting and charging system – directly from the device, without additional accessories.

• Quick test & standard test: Performs a quick or in-depth check on the battery. Determining the State of Health (SOH) and State of Charge (SOC) provides immediate insight into the overall battery status.
• Start test (cranking test): Analyzes the performance of the battery and starter motor during starting. Displays the minimum starting voltage and the required time, useful for starting problems or reduced battery capacity.
• Charging test: Checks the operation of the charging system, including alternator and voltage regulator. The test shows the charging voltage at both idle speed and increased speed, unloaded and loaded.
• Waveform analysis: Presents a real-time graphical display of the battery voltage, allowing voltage fluctuations and instability in the charging system to be easily recognized.

Maintenance, Service & Test Functions:

The JDiag M100 Pro offers a range of functions essential for periodic maintenance, fault analysis, and targeted testing of critical motorcycle components.

• CO idle speed adjustment: Provides the ability to adjust the CO value at idle speed, if this function is supported by the motorcycle brand.
• Service interval reset: Resets the maintenance reminder on the dashboard after performing a service (brand-dependent).
• Actuator testing: Allows direct control of specific components to check their operation, including:
• ABS system diagnostics: Reads and clears fault codes from the anti-lock braking system (ABS) on motorcycles that support this.

Additional Features:

• Printable reports: Both diagnostic reports and battery test results can be saved and printed via a computer, ideal for customer communication or workshop documentation.
